Ordering

Will my card details be used for any other reason than to process my order?
Simply put, No, we will never give away, or use your card details for any reason than to process your order. We adhere to the Data Protection Act and for more information regarding privacy please visit the privacy tab.
I want to place an order, but it says it is out of stock, what should I do?
You have two choices, you can either place the order and wait for stock to come in. The time for this can vary and at BeamBox, communication is of utmost importance so we will always keep your informed. The second option would be to use the contact form and express your interest and reserve the product. When it is in stock we will contact you and then you can buy the product.
Why am I inputting my card details into Google Checkout or PayPal?
At BeamBox, we use two payment processors depending on your location. This is for your ease of use and security. These two payment methods are simply gateways and do not store any of your card information unless you tell them otherwise. They are managed by highly established companies, Google and Ebay.

Delivery

I haven't received my item, what should I do?
We send all items via a recorded service, which means that we receive a tracking number where we can track your parcel.
If you haven't received your item within 7 working days, please contact us via email, and we will provide you with the tracking number, or if there is another explanation we will explain this fully to you. Sometimes there may be delays within the dispatch system which may cause a delay in postage.
I want to have my item delivered to another address, how can I do this?
You can get your item delivered to another address, simply by inputting alternative shipping information at the checkout stage of Google or PayPal. If you forget to do this, please email us within 12 hours of the order by placed to us.
Unfortunately once the item has been sent out we are unable to divert the post to any other address.
We cannot be held responsible for lost parcels, if you fail to tell us on checkout where you need the item sent to.

Returns and exchange

How do I arrange a return?
First you should email us, using the contact details on our contact form, we will discuss all options with you, such as an exchange or a refund.
Please be aware that after 7 days a refund or exchange is not possible. (Please see 9.1 of our Terms and Conditions)
What happens if I decide I don't like the product?
If you receive the item, and are not happy with it, you have the full 7 day period to contact us and return it. All packaging should be in pristine condition, and all items including accessories should be undamaged and re-sellable. Once we receive your return it will undergo an inspection to see if it is acceptable under the criteria set out. If we deem your return unsellable we may charge you a percent of the cost of the item, or send it back to you.
All returns will be charged a £15 restocking fee.

What is your policy regarding VAT?
All UK orders will be charged VAT when the order is sent to the checkout phase via Google Checkout or PayPal. The standard UK rate is 15%.

How do I claim VAT back?
If you a VAT registered you can claim the VAT we charge back from us using our VAT number: GB 974681081
How do pre-orders work?

If you would like to order a product before it has launched, or if it is currently out of stock, you can place a Pre-Order with us.

Pre-Orders ship via standard delivery (Or special delivery, for UK)as soon as products come into stock, and so a separate P&P charge applies to each Pre-Order.

As many of our newest products are placed for pre-order before they are released, we cannot 100% ensure that the shipping date will be as described. In any case we will endeavour to inform you promptly of any changes to the delivery date of your pre-ordered BeamBox item.
